Dust off Shelves

Woohoo for read-a-thons 😀 Dusting off the Shelves is a part of the COYER Reading Challenge so how could I not participate in it. Plus it’s a great way to start weeding through my ever-growing TBR pile. The point of this read-a-thon is to find the oldest UNREAD books on your ebook shelf and read it or DNF and move on.

I’m really excited about this. Currently I have well over 100 books on my TBR, all but about 5 were free or one-click sales less than $3 so they ALL qualify for my COYER challenge. Dusting off the Shelves starts Monday, January 12th and runs through Friday, January 16th. My goal is to read four books, I average around 2-3 books a week so this will be a push to get the books read AND they will count toward my COYER goal of 20 books.

Here are my oldest four books (covers link to Goodreads):

Book Cover for "Waking Up Married" by Mira Lyn Kelly
Book Cover for "Fast Forward" by Juliet Madison
Book Cover for "Timebound" by Rysa Walker
Book Cover for "Caged in Darkness" by J.D. Strobe

  • Waking Up Married by Mira Lyn Kelly (Freebie, Sept. 2013)
  • Fast Forward by Juliet Madison (Freebie, Oct. 2013)
  • Timebound by Rysa Walker (Freebie via Amazon Prime, Dec. 2013)
  • Caged In Darkness by J.D. Stroube (Freebie, Dec. 2013)

As I read and finish these, I will post mini-reviews here on the blog and Goodreads. And (hopefully I did this right!) the mini-reviews will display here as they are published:

  1. This is such a great idea of a challenge. Love it! I just got another new fee e-book today actually. lol I don’t have too many unread e-books but I do have enough where soon it will be a problem.

    Good luck and have fun!
