Mom-Top Ten

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because they are particularly fond of lists at The Broke and the Bookish. They’d love to share their lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!

Today’s topic is fun! And honestly I cannot wait to prowl through the blogosphere and find more books for my TBR 😀 Today’s topic is “Last Ten Books That Came Into My Possession (bought, library, review copies).” I’m going to cheat just a little bit.

If you follow the blog regularly, you’ll know that last week I acquired 13 books 😳 I think my book addiction is bigger than I realized! So today I’m going to list not just ten, but ten for each category: bought, freebies, review. Covers link to Goodreads or my review 😀

Your Turn!

I’ve noticed a couple of things while doing this post: (1) I read way too many books! (2) I’m addicted to the one-click button on Amazon, (3) I read a LOT of fantasy/dystopian with a little contemporary thrown in here and there, and (4) I occasionally mix things up with historical fiction. What are the most recent books you’ve acquired? I’m a bit embarrassed to admit that all of these have been acquired during the last 5 weeks 😳 Are you a bookaholic like me? Please tell me I’m NOT alone in this!!! My hubby may have a heart attack if/when he reads this post!

  1. That is quite an impressive haul. I have a few of these of on TBR pile as well, but I’m definitely intrigued by The Queen of All that Dies. Yes, I am quite the book addict. Worst still, I love Whispersync which means I buy ebooks and their audiobooks for a discounted price. My husband can do nothing but sigh at this point. He’s know me to be this way since we’ve been together.

  2. I’m a complete bookaholic! I was supposed to quite buying books until I read the ones on my eReader, and yet… I buy them faster than I can read them. Some of the stuff I bought this summer, I haven’t even read. It’s a serious addiction. I feel your pain.
