When I was in elementary school, we had a specific time set aside during the day called “DEAR time.” DEAR stands for “drop everything and read.” I LOVED DEAR time!!! It was roughly 15 minutes every morning when the whole school put everything but their books up and read. It was so much fun for this bookworm. Now it’s translated into my adult life. There are certain authors who are DEAR authors to me. Doesn’t matter if I’m in the middle of a book or not I will stop what I’m reading and read their books, which of course means that I buy their work too 😉
Today’s top ten Tuesday topic is “Top Ten Of Your Auto-buy Authors” which is perfect for listing my DEAR authors. These are in no particular order and authors link to Goodreads page.

We share Nicholas Sparks! I absolutely love him. I’ve also just bought my first Sarah J Maas book so you never know she may soon make my very short list.

Nice! Seeing Sarah a lot today! Makes me feel so sad because I just couldn’t get into ToG despite my trying to! I did love ACOTAR, so at least I’m not a total loss!
