Happy Wednesday y’all! This week I’m eagerly waiting on Dark Shores by Danielle L. Jensen. Quite simply, this book is about pirates and adventures on the open waters. I need this book!!! I love pirate stories, especially fantasy pirate stories and this looks like it might be that. On Goodreads, the author says the setting is inspired by ancient Rome. Yep, I need it 😀

Oh nice! I’m a little scared to read this one. I enjoyed her first series up to a point, but then its ending just really soured the whole experience for me. Which is why I am afraid to invest in another series from her so soon. Lol. I hope you will thoroughly enjoy this one once you get to read it!
