Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event originally created and hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine that spotlights upcoming releases that we are all eagerly anticipating. Jill has been MIA since August of 2016. Despite this, the meme lives on….Hope you come back Jill! Until then I will be joining Tressa at Wishful Endings and her meme Can’t-Wait Wednesday.
Happy Wednesday y’all! This week I’m eagerly waiting on Majesty by Katherine McGee….honestly, who am I kidding?! I’ve been waiting on this book since I turned the last page of American Royals last year. Y’all I cannot wait to dive into this one. The cliffhanger we were left on was brutal. Aside from that, I just love the characters and the alt-history America that McGee has created. I. CANNOT. WAIT!
Majesty by Katherine McGeeSeries: American Royals #2
Published by Random House Books for Young Readers on 2020-09-01
Length: 384 pages
Is America ready for its first queen?
Power is intoxicating. Like first love, it can leave you breathless. Princess Beatrice was born with it. Princess Samantha was born with less. Some, like Nina Gonzalez, are pulled into it. And a few will claw their way in. Ahem, we're looking at you Daphne Deighton.
As America adjusts to the idea of a queen on the throne, Beatrice grapples with everything she lost when she gained the ultimate crown. Samantha is busy living up to her "party princess" persona...and maybe adding a party prince by her side. Nina is trying to avoid the palace--and Prince Jefferson--at all costs. And a dangerous secret threatens to undo all of Daphne's carefully laid "marry Prince Jefferson" plans.
A new reign has begun....

Oh it might be better that you can binge the two. That first one ends on a wicked cliffhanger 😅
This is a popular choice this week. Hope you love it!
Cute pick! I hope you enjoy this one! Binging is always fun! And it does wonder for one’s sanity without having to wait a year or more for the next installment! Lol!

I started the first book but never finished, I’ll need to go back and read it again, I’ve heard so many good things about it.
