Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together
Happy Tuesday y’all! It’s been ages since I’ve participated in a Top Ten list. I’ve always enjoyed them though and this week’s topic is one of my favorites: “Books On My Spring 2021 TBR.” It was really hard to narrow down to only ten twelve this time. There are so many good books coming out this Spring! Below is my list, in order of publication. As always, covers/titles link to Goodreads, Blog, or Amazon (aff).
My Spring 2021 TBR List
Gravebriar by Casey L. Bond (Mar. 19th): Technically this one comes out the day before Spring’s official start, but realistically I’ll be reading it in the spring 😉 It looks amazing! All the teasers the author has been sharing on insta just make me want it more.
Flamefall by Rosaria Munda (Mar. 23rd): I loved the first book of this series, Fireborne. I cannot wait to dive into the second one. I have it preordered and am anxiously waiting. I may reread book one this week while I wait. If you like dragons and political intrigue, you should really read this series.
Rule of Wolves by Leigh Bardugo (Mar. 30th): Ok, so confession time. I haven’t read King of Scars yet. Now before you go and get all like how could you add this one on me, I am working on reading it. In fact, I’m planning to spend April in the Grishaverse, starting with Shadow and Bone and working my way through to this one.
The Infinity Courts by Akemi Dawn Bowman (Apr. 6th): I am so excited to read this one! The blurb promises a lot, including an afterlife and a power hungry AI.
The Prison Healer by Lynette Noni (Apr. 13th): I love hidden royalty fantasies. This one is about a healer who is secretly working for a rebellion and must keep the Rebel Queen alive long enough for her to be rescued. I don’t know about y’all, but I need this book ASAP.
The Crown of Gilded Bones by Jennifer L. Armentrout (Apr. 20th): I love this series! Poppy is one of my favorite MC. I’m sad to see the series coming to an end, but at the same time, I can’t wait to read it. I plan to binge the series once I have this book in my hands.
Realm Breaker by Victoria Aveyard (May 4th): All I know about this book is that it is from the author of the Red Queen, and y’all that is all I need to know to know I want to read this book 😉
Imdalind Ruby Collection: Books 1-3 by Rebecca Ethington (May 14th): I am SO excited for this one! Imdalind is hands-down one of my all-time favorite series. It introduced me to the world of indie authors. These special edition collections are chock-full of extra content, added POV chapters and cleaned up to tell Imdalind the way the author always intended it be told. I cannot wait to read this *and* the author is possibly releasing early. My copy is preordered so whether it comes earlier or on the date above I will drop everything to read it.
Last Chance Books by Kelsey Rodkey (May 18th): Every so often I get in the mood for a sweet contemporary romance. This one looks too cute to pass up. As an added bonus, it’s set around bookstores.
Aetherbound by E.K. Johnston (May 25th): I love a good space opera, which is what this one promises to be. Johnston came on my radar with her Star Wars books so I cannot wait to dive into this one and find out more about this world she’s created.
Grace and Glory by Jennifer L. Armentrout (June 1st): This book may break me, but I need it. I’ve needed it since I finished Rage and Ruin last year. I need to know the ramifications of the end. That cliffhanger 😭
For the Wolf by Hannah Whitten (June 15th): A debut fantasy about the mysterious Wolf in the Woods and the girl who will be sacrificed to him? Why, yes please I need this one. I cannot wait to find out more. The blurb is intriguing and that cover is stunning.

Thanks Leslie! There are a lot of good ones coming out.
Hopefully that will encourage me lol Oh I also want to reread the grisha books before the show! I might just do Shadow & Bone and Six of Crows though. I’m too slow of a reader to read all of them lol I just bought From Blood and Ash. I’m super excited to find out what all the hoopla is about. Happy reading 🙂

I agree! There are tons of great-sounding books coming out in the next few months. I’m not much for fantasy, so I haven’t heard of most of your picks. I do like the look of LAST CHANCE BOOKS, though. I’ll have to check that one out.
Happy TTT!
