Happy Sunday y’all! Last week was busy. Little man had two summer camps: VBS in the mornings and a coding class in the afternoons. We had fun, but were definitely tired by the end of the week. Even though I know the pandemic isn’t over yet, it was nice to have a bit of normalcy after the crazy year. This week we have plans to do our spring cleaning a little late 😉 We are also doing a photo shoot at my husband’s new clinic for a local magazine which is both exciting and a little terrifying because I hate getting photographed. If we have time, we will be squeezing in a trip to Dollywood (and if I have my way, the water park because it is too dang hot to be walking around the theme park).

  1. I am glad your son is enjoying summer camp. 🙂 I’m so jealous you get to go to Dollywood! I hope you have fun and get your way to stop in at the waterpark. It really is nice to have some semblance of normalcy back, isn’t it?

Summer of Love sounds fun. Not contemporary romance, but I was eyeing The Wisteria Society of Lady Scoundrels, a historical romance, thinking that might be a good one to read soon. Half Sick of Shadows sounds good. I want to read that one.

I hope you have a great week! I hope the photo shoot goes well!

  2. It is definitely nice to have a little normalcy. Good luck with the photo shoot! And the park sounds nice too- I need some pool time as well. 🙂

    Shadows looks good!
