2022 Reading Challenges ~ Mid-Year Update

Posted June 30, 2022 by Lillian in Challenges / 0 Comments

Happy Thursday y’all! This year is going by SO fast. I can’t believe we are already midway through 2022. It’s been a super busy year so far. Little man finished up 5th grade strong, was in a play, and two recitals. So far it’s been nice to have a break from it all this summer. Reading wise, it’s been great. I only had one month where I didn’t read much. So far, I’m meeting most of my goals and have already met one of my challenges. As of writing this post, I’ve read/listed to 58 books. Read on to see how these fit into my challenges.

The 2022 Audiobook Challenge is hosted by the Caffeinated Book Reviewer and That’s What I’m Talking About. For this challenge, you simply have to listen to audiobooks. You can sign up anytime between now and December 31, 2022. My goal for this year is Socially Awkward (15-20 audiobooks), which I’ve already met 🙌 so I’m upping my goal to My Precious (30+ audiobooks). This feels achievable to me, and I’ll reevaluate during the 3rd quarter. Who knows, maybe I’ll up my goal again 😉 During the first half of the year, I managed to listen to 22 audiobooks.
