Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event originally created and hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine that spotlights upcoming releases that we are all eagerly anticipating. Jill has been MIA since August of 2016. Despite this, the meme lives on….Hope you come back Jill! Until then I will be joining Tressa at Wishful Endings and her meme Can’t-Wait Wednesday.

Happy Wednesday y’all! This week I’m anxiously waiting on Undying by Amie Kaufman, Meagan Spooner the sequel to Unearthed. While I didn’t love the first book, it kept my attention and the ending left me begging for more SO I’m currently dying to get my hands on Undying. The best way I can describe this series is as a mix of Indiana Jones and Firefly. There’s action, suspense, a little romance and a lot of thievery all set on an alien planet.
Undying by Amie Kaufman, Meagan SpoonerSeries: Unearthed #2

Trapped aboard the Undying's ancient spaceship and reeling from what they've learned there, scavenger Mia and academic Jules are plunged into a desperate race to warn their home planet of the danger humanity's greed has unleashed. From the mountains of Spain to the streets of Prague, the sequel to Unearthed is a white-knuckle ride that will send readers hurtling back to earth, and leave them breathless until the last page.
The earth's fate rests in Mia and Jules's hands in the epic conclusion to New York Times best-selling authors Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner's tomb-raiding sci-fi duology.

I love the sound of this one! The idea of team-writing with someone else also thoroughly appeals…
I’m so behind on books and now, here’s the second one of this series #bookproblems. Hope you love this one.
I never got around to the first books in the series, but I do like the sound of these books and have enjoyed the authors’ previous work. Happy reading!
Haven’t read this duo yet, but I have read their other separate works and loved it! Might have to look into this series!

If you enjoy sci-fi and adventure, I recommend this one. It’s a fun read, with a puzzle type mystery.
Haven’t heard of this one but it sounds exciting! Hope you enjoy.
The first book was a little slow to start but the ending was fantastic so I’m curious to see how the series concludes.
