TTT #231 ~ 2023 Books I Should Have Read…But Didn’t

Posted January 23, 2024 by Lillian in Features / 12 Comments

Happy Tuesday y’all! This week’s topic is “Books I Meant to Read in 2023 but Didn’t Get To.” I had a slower reading year last year, and the last half of the year, I didn’t read much at all so there are a lot of books I was excited for that I didn’t get a chance to read. The really sad part….I own all of these on my list 🫣 Here are the top ten books I didn’t have a chance to read last year, in no particular order. As always, covers/titles link to blog, Goodreads, or Amazon (affiliate).

  1. City of Nightmares by Rebecca Shaeffer
  2. A Crown of Ivy and Glass by Claire Legrand
  3. The Lightstruck by Sunya Mara
  4. Happy Place by Emily Henry
  5. The Wake-Up Call by Beth O’Leary
  1. The Scarlet Alchemist by Kylie Lee Baker
  2. Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross
  3. The Stolen Heir by Holly Black
  4. Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo
  5. A Curse for True Love by Stephanie Garber

Your Turn! What books did you not get a chance to read in 2023? Should I make any of mine a priority? Share below

  1. Ooh nice! Seeing some on there that I still need to read too! I haven’t read Ninth House yet, so yeah, need to read Hell Bent! Then I intended to read The Stolen Heir with its sequel once I have both in hand as I tend to do with duologies. The same reasoning applies to Divine Rivals! Although, as you probably know, there was no way I was delaying A Curse for True Love as soon as I got that in my hands! Lol!

Hope you are able to read all of these this year!

    Here’s my Tuesday Post

    Have a GREAT day!
