Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together
Happy Tuesday y’all! This week’s topic is “Authors (or books by authors) Who Live In My State/Country.” I’m sad to say that I had to do some research on this one. I didn’t know too many off the top of my head. Below are authors who live in Tennessee in no particular order. Names link to author page on Blog or Amazon (affiliate).

Ruta Sepetys
Lauren Thoman
A.M. Josephine
Sharon Cameron
Steven James
Sasa Hawk
Jennifer Lynn Alvarez
Jenny Hale
Ann Patchett
Hannah Whitten
Your Turn! Which authors live in your state/country? Any books set where you live? Share below
Tennessee is a beautiful state!
Ooooh, Sepetys and Cameron are two of my favorite YA authors! I’ve read one book by Patchett. I haven’t heard of the others on your list.
Happy TTT!

I love seeing everyone doing these lists!

Ooh nice! I enjoy Hannah Whitten! I sometimes struggle with some of the worldbuilding but it’s truly the characters that keep me coming back! Lol. The rest are new to me ones but one or two sound familiar! Glad you found so many in your home state!
This sounds like a fun topic! I think I started to do it, but then decided that I couldn’t decide whether to only do ones I’d read or not.
