Toy Story Storybook Collection by Various Authors

Posted February 17, 2014 by Lillian in Children's Corner / 0 Comments

Today I picked a book just for my son because it’s his birthday! It feels like it was just yesterday that I was holding this tiny person in my hands at the hospital. And now he’s three and not baby boy anymore! But I digress. My husband and I picked this book out for our son this past Christmas because Toy Story is one of his favorite movies and he loves the book just as much.

My Review

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
I don’t know about you but I am a huge fan of Toy Story! And this book does not disappoint if you are a fan! I was surprised when I received it because I was expecting a book about the size of a Golden Book having purchased this on Black Friday at a ridiculously low price. But with 18 stories and over 300 pages, it was the perfect Christmas gift for my son. He absolutely loved bedtime stories about Woody and Buzz and the rest of the characters.
Please don’t think that this book is just a synopsis of the three movies because it’s not. Now yes, a couple of the stories are a synopsis, but the rest of them are new adventures. My favorites are the one’s that the characters are watching Woody’s Round-up and the story is supposed to be an episode featuring Woody, Jessie, Bulls-eye, and the Prospector.
Very kid friendly and the stories are just the right size to be perfect for bedtime. If you have a little Woody or Buzz, I’m sure they will love it!
