Merry Mondays Starts Next Week!!!
Merry Mondays is coming back starting July 4th and I would love to have you participate ? What is Merry Mondays? Why I’m glad you asked. It’s a weekly feature during the month of December (and July…because who doesn’t like Christmas in July?!). Each week will have a different summery, fun topic. Want to participate? Click here for the dates and topics. Also if you participate, be sure to come back here and link-up your post! The topic for the first week is: “Independence Day (USA holiday) Themed – this could be anything: favorite recipes, memories, activities, independence themed books, etc. Make it your own!”
What are you reading this week?
This week I’ll be unpacking and hopefully reading a bit too. Little man is going to go to VBS this week and spend some time with grandparents and cousins. Next weekend is a holiday for the US. We don’t have any big plans. How do you celebrate Independence Day? Fireworks are a must for us.
I so much want to move down to my favourite place in England! Unless I win the lotto though it is never going to happen and it’s depressing! In a twisted way I think I would enjoy the excitement of the packing! Maybe not the unpacling though…! Glad it all went ok for you.

I’m so happy the move went well, Lily! I’m sure you’re delighted, too. Here’s to getting settled in AND getting the internet up and working real quick 🙂

That’s great that the move is done! I hope you’ll have a bit of time to relax and don’t have to immediately start unpacking EVERYTHING. I might participate in Merry Mondays in December. I won’t have much time next month, since I’ll be on holiday. 🙂
YAY! I am glad things went smoothly for you! Hopefully you can get your Wifi and get back to reading.
I see your Merry Mondays and I am in such a christmas mood (lol) I might do them in December with you if my schedule allows. I hope you have an amazing week, Lillian!

There is a real relief when moving is done. So nice you are back closer to your family. We did that last year and was such a good move. Enjoy!

Glad the move went well- that must be a good feeling to have that done! And good luck with Merry Mondays- it sounds fun. Fireworks are a must here too- and in fact they’re already going off, people in the neighborhood get started a little early. 🙂
