Happy Sunday y’all! This week went by way too fast. Little man was on Fall Break this week and we spent two days at Dollywood. It was a blast! I loved seeing him experience the rides and shows for the first time. He was tall enough to ride just about everything except the big rollercoasters too. His favorites were the Shooting Star (a miniature free fall ride) and the Firechaser (a full-sized, non-looping rollercoaster). Needless to say, my son is a little daredevil 😀
With being gone half the week, I really didn’t get much reading done at all. I managed to finish one book this week, it was at least a good read 😉
Currently Reading
I’m still reading Serial Hottie by Kelly Oram as a part of a group read. I love the characters! It’s a fun psychological thriller. Curious to see the outcome 😀 I started Folls Rush In by Donna S. Frelick which I’m reviewing later this week for a blog tour. Good so far!

This Week’s Book Fix
What are you reading this week?
Later this week I have more fertility appointments (no fun!). I keep reminding myself that in the end, the results are worth the hassle, but I seriously dread these appointments, the poking and prodding, the worry of “what if” there’s something else wrong…you get the picture.
Reading wise I have a beta read to get to and a few arc that are calling my name.
What are you reading this week? Any big plans? What are your favorite rides when you go to a theme park?
You should like you had a fun week. Never been to Dollywood but I am glad your son had fun.
I have my fingers crossed for you! and Hope you hear good news soon! ox
Have a great week, Lillian! Happy Reading! ox

We had a blast! Dollywood used to be one of our favorite places but hadn’t been since we had little man. I was so excited to take him.
Thanks Michelle! Hope you have a great week. PS I owe you a post! Sending it tonight!!!
My kids are NOT daredevils at the amusement parks. I used to love anything spinny, but as I’ve aged, my stomach has changed its mind. I’ve been wondering about the Prineas series and am glad to see you like them.
He surprised us. He’s usually a little scaredy cat 😉 I was impressed with the Prineas series. Liked the second much better though.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought this week went by quickly LOL I’m reading a holiday box set with 8 novellas in it called Holly and Hopeful Hearts. 🙂 I hope your appointment and week go well ~Aleen

Thanks Laura!
I do want to read Black Widow. Just got a sampler of the new one in a swag pack I won, so yay! And of course Percy Jackson which I never seem to get to…

That’s me! Black Widow was up for sale so I couldn’t resist. Same with Percy Jackson. Found the paperback box set at Target cheap. Couldn’t resist 😉
I’m reading the Longest Con by Michealbrenton. No big plans for this week just reading, blogging and house cleaning. I like the rides like the gravitron.

Oh fun! I haven’t ridden a Gravitron type ride in forever. My personal favorite is the scrambler 🙂
Glad you had such a good Fall Break. I hope your appt goes well, it’s totally natural to not be looking forward to such things. Good luck.
Sunday Summary #24
Thank you! It’s not so bad, just hate all the pokes and prods 😉
Sounds like you had a fun vacation and that’s great your son was tall enough for most of the rides! I am doing a beta read as well right now, I am almost finished with it. Have a great week!

I can’t help but wonder if it’s the same beta 😉 If it is, I finished last night and loved it!
