Happy Saturday y’all! Today I’m excited to feature a book that combines two of my loves: graphic novels and science 😀 Flash Facts contains ten short adventures about the superhero. Both educational and fun, it would make a great addition to any classroom. I’m personally excited to try out a few experiments.

Have you ever wondered: What's at the bottom of the sea? Why does polar ice melt? Which tools does a forensics team use to solve a crime?
Well, look no further! Everyone's favorite Scarlet Speedster is here to answer all your burning questions! Barry Allen, with the help of some of his close friends, will take readers on an exciting journey that examines everything from the vast expanse of our galaxy to the smallest living organism known to man.
Curated by award-winning actress and author Mayim Bialik, Ph.D., and featuring stories created by an all-star cast of writers and illustrators, this anthology aligns with Next Generation Science Standards and provides a helpful bridge between the lessons taught inside the classroom and how the things we are learning affect our everyday lives.
Flash Facts edited by Mayim Bialik is a collection of ten stories that are not just fun but also educational. Each chapter is written by a different author, featuring a different topic such as forensic science and weather in graphic novel form. Rated for ages 7 and up, the typeface is easy to follow, the pictures are engaging, and when a scientific term is used, it is quickly defined in an age-appropriate way. The end of the book also includes several at-home science experiments that I am eager to try out. Flash Facts would be a wonderful addition to any classroom or at-home library.
