#SIAM March Challenge….Accepted

Posted February 24, 2024 by Lillian in Challenges / 0 Comments

Happy Saturday y’all! Each quarter of #COYER, Berls and Michelle @ Because Reading are hosting the Can You Read a Series in a Month? Challenge. This quarter it is happening in February March. You do not have to be a part of #COYER to join. When the sign-up post goes live, I will link to it so it is easy for you all to find ๐Ÿ˜‰

The Rules

  1. Pick 1 series. Yes, just 1. Announce which series youโ€™ve picked on your sign up post.
  2. Read EVERY book in the series. You donโ€™t have to read novellas or short stories, just the core books.
  3. Read them all between 12am (your time) March 1st and 11:59pm (your time) March 31st. They MUST be marked (on Goodreads) as started and finished in the month of March to count.
  4. Enjoy bragging to everyone about how youโ€™re all caught up on whatever series you read (AKA โ€“ have fun)!

My Goals

The Legend series is one of the oldest books on my TBR, as in I added it to my TBR when I first joined Goodreads in 2013. I have always loved dystopians with a lot of action, and I love Marie Lu’s other books. I’ve devoured them all! I actually purchased this entire series during 2020 when we are all told to stay home and publishers took pity on us putting a lot of their backlist ebooks on sale for anywhere from $0.99-2.99. That was a deal I just couldn’t pass up. Now, I’m going to make the time to actually read them ๐Ÿ˜€

You can track my progress below (I’ll come back and add links to the reviews as I read/review them next month) or follow my shelf on Goodreads.

  • Legend by Marie Lu
  • Prodigy by Marie Lu
  • Champion by Marie Lu
  • Rebel by Marie Lu

Your Turn! Can you read a series in a month? What series are you planning to read? Share below
