Happy Sunday y’all! This week flew by quite literally. We enjoyed the warmer weather here getting our first taste of spring. We even came close to breaking a record high yesterday. Didn’t do much this week. Little man’s birthday is next week, so I’ve been shopping and planning for him. He asked to just have a family birthday at home with his cousins so that is what we are doing. Yesterday, we celebrated with my baby cousin at her baby shower. She’s due with a little boy next month 💙 Reading wise, it wasn’t the best week. I finished one book, DNFed another, and I’m currently in the middle of three books, two of which I *might* finish today 🤞

Well all the books you are reading have awesome covers. Some weeks are just like that. Last night I finally finished a small ebook I had been reading for like 10 days! That’s what happens when you stay up late watching tv, no reading. This week will be better because we’ve finished the show I liked. I’m trying to work my way back to being a little ahead instead of reading for the current week. I hope the birthday celebration is fun and you don’t get the cold weather we are this week.

We had a day or two of nicer weather last week, but then it dropped back into the freezing cold with snow this week! Not Quite by the Book looks good, adding it to my Goodreads TBR. I couldn’t get into Hotel Magnifique, but I know a lot of people liked it! Hope you’re having a good week!
