Happy Sunday y’all! This week was another busy week. So busy that it wasn’t until yesterday that I realized the review posts I had scheduled for the week didn’t post…the blog memes did, but not the reviews 🤷‍♀️ Oh well, I’ll have some posts for July now.

The reason I was so busy is that little man had basketball camp at his school. Love him….he’s not the most athletic of kids, but he wants to play on the team next year. Seeing as how he has never touched a basketball, I thought camp would be a good idea. He loved it and can somewhat dribble now. Yesterday we went to a birthday party for my little ringbearer who is not so little anymore. He will be eighteen his birthday….that makes me feel very old 😂 But he’s grown into a sweet young man. After we took little man to see the new Toy Story movie and y’all it doesn’t disappoint. While the first will always be my favorite (I was only ten when it came out), the new one is just as good.

Reading wise, I managed to read one book and DNF another. It wasn’t the best reading week. I did finish the two audiobooks I’ve been listening to for the last month so that’s a win in my book 😉 And for the first time this summer we have zero plans this week. Rain is in the forecast (surprise, surprise 🙄) so I plan on vegging out and reading a bunch to finish out the first half of the year.

Currently….

  1. Ah, The DARKEST MINDS TRILOGY (sorry, caps got stuck???) is one of my all time favourite series. I love it so much and I get so insanely happy when others are reading or rereading it. So, consider this a virtual pom-pom shake of excitement and joy. Also, I’m going to be rereading Twilight for the first time in ages next month and I’m kind of nervous about it!

Anyways, I hope you have a wonderful upcoming week!

    • This is my first time reading The Darkest Minds trilogy and I’m loving it! I’ve binged it all day today. I’m almost finished and I do not want it to end!
This is my umpteenth reread of Twilight, and like you the first time in ages. I forgot how much I loved it!
Hope you have a good week as well ☺️

    • We are about to drop our cable and go to Hulu. I love prime and Netflix.
I love going to the movies. We usually go during super matinee to get the deals. It’s like $5 a ticket for any show starting between 4-6pm.
Hope you have a great week!

    • Twilight is one of my favorites 😉 This is my umpteenth time rereading the series. Though I haven’t done it in a while. Happy reading Stormi!
