Happy Sunday y’all! This was an extra long week. I tested positive for COVID on Tuesday, and while I’ve had it before, this time was like the first time all over again: super sore throat, fatigue, high fevers, and lost sense of smell and taste. While the first few only lasted a few days, the taste and smell disappeared around the time the others were getting better. Crossing all my fingers and toes that it doesn’t last as long as it did the first time I had COVID. With the sickness, I’ve pretty much slept and watched TV all week.
Because of COVID, Christmas is going to look a little different this year. I’ve rescheduled our family brunch to New Year’s Day in the hopes that a) I’m feeling well enough to cook and clean the house and b) no one else gets sick. So far the hubby and little man have been symptom free, just lucky me 😅

Oh no! Sorry to hear you caught Covid again! And on the holidays! I remember the first year it was happening, one of our visiting guests test positive, so they left early and me and my family were quarantining for caution’s sake and then I think my sister or someone in their family tested positive, so we had to delay Christmas by a few days I think. It was a mess. Hoping you have a speedy recovery in time for Wednesday for your immediate family and that all goes well for the New Year’s redo!
Nice new reads too! These are new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them all once you get to read them!!
Here’s my StS
