Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together
Happy Tuesday y’all! This week’s topic is “Books I’d Like to Re-read.” I’m a re-reader. I love to re-read my favorites and previous books in series when the new book comes out. I’d say about at least a tenth of my reading every year is re-reads. I enjoy it as much as re-watching a favorite show or movie. AND it’s the best way (for me, at least) to get out of a reading slump. Here are ten books I currently want to re-read in no particular order. As always, covers/titles link to blog review, Goodreads, or Amazon (affiliate).

- The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins: This is one of my all-time favorite reads. I’ve read it more times than I can count, but I’d like to revisit it before diving into Sunrise on the Reaping.
- From Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout: I’m itching to do a full re-read of this series with the final(?) book coming out in just a few months.
- City of Bones by Cassandra Clare: I really enjoyed the first three books of this series, but then I was in the middle of book four when we bought our house. The book got packed, and I never returned to it. Not because I didn’t enjoy it, but because I simply forgot. Now, I think is a good time to return to it.
- Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor: This is one of my all-time favorite reads. I read it before I started blogging, so I’ve never reviewed it here. However, I think I should mention that most of the fantasy I read I measure to this series. My hubby surprised me for Mother’s Day with the series set, and I’m hoping to dive into it soon.
- Kiss of Fire by Rebecca Ethington: One of the first indie books I ever read and one of my all-time favorites. Last year, the author released a gorgeous series set called the Ruby edition that has been re-edited, bonus scenes added. It’s time to dive in to this one as well.
- A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas: I’m currently re-reading Throne of Glass with two Berls from Because Reading and Brandee from (un)Conventional Bookworms, and now I’m itching to read ACOTAR 😂 I’m new to graphic audios, and I’m debating listening to those if I do a re-read. If you’ve listened to them, what do you think?
- Truth or Beard by Penny Reid: So far, I have loved everything I’ve read from the Penny Reid with the Winston Brothers being my favorite. That being said, I somehow got behind on the series and never finished the last two books. I’d like to go back and reread them all, once I finish up Knitting in the City.
- Caraval by Stephanie Garber: Another favorite of mine. I love this series, and I need to finish Jack’s spin-off. I think I’d like to do a re-read of this one, then binge Jack’s series.
- One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig: I listened to this book in one sitting. It is that good. I then had to wait for book two to release and then, like we all do, forgot to continue it. I think I need a binge of this sereis.
- Of Thorns and Beauty by Robin D. Mahle & Elle Madison: I just finished reading this author duo’s newest release, Fated to the Frost King (review coming later this week), and it made me miss their Twisted Pages series. I think a re-read is due.
Your Turn! What books are on your re-read list? Which do you think I should start with? Share below

Oh nice picks! Caraval made my list too…of course! Lol! I think it’d be fun to reread ACOTAR as well! Great picks here!
Here’s my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower 🙂
I’d love to re-experience Daughter of Smoke and Bone. I loved that one so much. 🙂
I’ve read City of Bones and Truth or Beard. I own the Laini Taylor book and haven’t read it yet.
