***Note I know it’s no longer Sunday, I forgot to publish yesterday 😉
What a week!!! It’s been absolutely beautiful here in East TN, not a cloud in the sky and temperatures hovering in the high 70s / low 80s. Perfect weather in my opinion which means my little man and I broke in the pool this week. Yes my friends we sunbathed and we swam and we just in general had a fun week. Believe me after the last few months we needed it 😀
Also can we all take a collective breath and say “reading binge”?! Because yes!!!! I’ve been reading up a storm this week as a part of the ARC Clean Sweep challenge and because all 15 of my library books that were on hold became available within a day or two of each other (that’s a month worth of reading for me on its own!). I think this week I read an average of one book a day, ending the week with 8 books read 😁 What have you been up to this week? Read anything good?
Currently Reading
This is one of the library books that came in this week. It makes the second time I’ve checked it out so I thought I’d better read it this time 😉 Honestly the prologue is amazing!!! Hooked me immediately, but I’m roughly 25% into the story now and I’m rather bored. If it doesn’t pick up soon I do believe it will become my first DNF of the year 😒

What are you reading this week?
This week it is going to be much cooler here than last so I don’t think we will be enjoying the pool. However it is still supposed to be beautiful and I intend to spend the days outside enjoying the nice weather my little man. What about you? What are you doing this week?
Shame about Hush Hush. I literally have NO idea what I would think of it now that I am much older, but I think I read them roughly around their initial release and remember loving them. Then again, actually thinking about it, I don’t remember much of them. >.> Hopefully it’ll get better! 🙂

I thought I would enjoy it, but I’m really disappointed. Too much drama for me and at 60% in there’s still not much about who Patch is (though I think I’ve already guessed 😉 ) I’m going to stick it out though and hopefully the ending will redeem it!
