Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together
Happy Tuesday y’all! This week’s topic is “Books that Include/Feature Plot Twists.” As an avid reader, I love a book that I cannot predict. Because I read so many books, it’s hard to surprise me. But there are a few that stuck out in my mind when planning out this post. Keep in mind that some of these plot twists are not related to just the book, but the series as a whole because I love a good overarching series plot. Below are some of my favorite plot twists (don’t worry, no spoilers 😉) in no particular order. As always, covers/title link to blog review, Goodreads, or Amazon (affiliate).

1. Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros
2. Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
3. Stranger Skies by Pascale Lacelle
4. From Blood and Ash by Jennifer L. Armentrout
5. The Cousins by Karen M. McManus
6. Year of the Reaper by Makiia Lucier
7. The Ballad of Never After by Stephanie Garber
8. Of Glass and Ashes by Elle Madison & Robin D. Mahle
9. Siege and Storm by Leigh Bardugo
10. A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas
Your Turn! What books or sereis featuring plot twists would you add to my list?
Great list. The one book that is stuck in my head with one spectacular twist is The Things We Leave Unfinished by Rebecca Yarros.

There are a couple on this list that I remember the twists, and a few I can’t wait to get to so I can read them! Great picks! I did a totally different topic this week.

Same! I love a good plot twist and it makes me happy when one surprises me. I read so many mysteries/thrillers that I can usually see them coming.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
