Merry Monday! I can’t believe that July is gone and today is the last Merry Monday until December! Today’s topic is “When do you start your Christmas shopping?” Suggested by Berls @ Fantasy is More Fun.
So I’m one of those crazy people that starts Christmas shopping in the summer 😉 Usually by now I’ve already started. Living on a tight budget, I start buying for little man sometime between June and September and slowly stock up on presents to have a nice surprise come Christmas morning. 9x out of 10 though when I start wrapping presents I realize I got him WAY TOO MUCH!!!
This year our budget has been tighter than usual so I haven’t started yet, though I plan to start this month 😀 What about you? When do you start shopping?

I normally start in late summer. This year is highly unusual. We recently moved, my grandbaby is due this month, and we have a son who is getting married in October. Christmas shopping will happen after all of that, I’m afraid.
