Well the first quarter of 2016 is officially over and I feel like it’s been a good start to the year. I’ve managed to read 15 books in March with all being 4 and 5 star reads so it’s kinda hard to pick a favorite. Little man had spring break early in the month and we spent some time at home with family. We found a place to live when we move back and my husband finally got to meet his practice partner which just adds to the excitement of finally being done with residency. Only 86 days till we move!

Favorite March Read

Hands down my favorite read from March were the first two books in the Fallen World series by Laura Thalassa. I had originally put off reading them because I know this author is the queen of cliffhangers but I broke down and binge read them in two days. And I was right she is the queen! I’m still struggling with the ending of The Queen of Traitors and I have no idea when the next book is out. Oh well, reviews for these are coming on Monday.

Favorite March Quote

Once upon a time, we were innocent. And then we were not.

~ From The Queen of All that Dies by Laura Thalassa

What are you looking forward to in April?

Well April is off to a good start. I sent my hubby on a plane to Puerto Rico this morning so I have a week by myself…no fun if you ask me. But we are in the home stretch of being done and I cannot wait! Reading wise I plan to get caught up on some review copies that are long overdue!

  1. Congrats on finding a place, I am glad everything is working out for your big move. Change can be scary but also very exciting. 🙂

I hope you like Requiem Red, I just finished it this week and it wasn’t bad. Would love to chat about what you thought of it when you read it 🙂

Have a great week, Lillian! Happy Reading!

    • I’d like that too Michelle! I’m going to read it later in the week. Just finished Arena today and it wasn’t what I’d thought it would be. Hope you have a great week!
