Happy Sunday y’all! How is it already February?!?! It felt like January would never be over then all of a sudden it was. As you all know, we did our first cycle of IUI last month. I didn’t get a chance to update on the results, but it didn’t take. We are starting a second cycle this month. Hopefully I’ll have better news to report 😉 We ended the month with flu taking over. So far only little man has it. We are really hoping it doesn’t spread to the rest of us.
Reading wise I started 2018 off with a bang! I managed to read 10 books and listen to 4 last month! I think I’m getting my reading mojo back finally. I’m on track with all my reading challenges.

This Week’s Book Fix
What are you looking forward to in February?
This month I’m looking forward to little man’s birthday. He will be seven and it just doesn’t seem possible that he is that old! He wants a Star Wars birthday party (no surprise there!) so we will be having friends and family over. Pinterest is being a big help with party ideas. I can say that much 😉 Our second cycle of IUI is starting as well and I’m praying for a baby. Reading wise I have several ARCs on my TBR list this month and I’m excited to dive into them!
Sorry to hear the 1st cycle didn’t take and hoping the next one does. And crossing fingers you don’t catch the bug and the little one feels better soon. Great job on reading!

Thank you Laura! I’ve lysoled everything in the hopes we don’t get it. Fingers crossed!
Wishing you well with the IUI cycle. {Hugs} Happy Birthday to your little man too. Have a great week.

Thank you Jenea!
You have a great reading month! That is awesome.
I have my fingers crossed things work out this time around, I am praying for you all! <3
Star Wars party sounds fun and omg the things you can find on Pinterest. I love that site! 🙂
Have an amazing week, Lillian! Happy Reading!

Thanks Michelle 😀 He is so excited for a Star Wars party. I already have silicone molds to make chocolates and I ordered a ton of stuff that I shouldn’t have. I’m hoping to make up for him missing Halloween and Christmas. Winter has been rough this year!
I’m sorry the first round didn’t take. Here’s to hoping during the month of love!!! I also hope no one else gets sick…and that the little man doesn’t get the flu again. My work partner’s little one had the flu first week of January and has it again. Let’s hope this is the end of the flu!
Thank you Charlie! It’s been a rough winter. I’m ready for warmer weather so the kids don’t have to stay cooped up inside at school. Hopefully that will slow down the sickness.
Ooh nice new reads! Seeing lots of buzz over Sky in the Deep! Hope you enjoy it too!
Here’s my STS
Have a GREAT day!

I hope Sky in the Deep lives up to the hype because I am so excited about it 😀
Looks like the flu is making the rounds. I am just getting back to…normal…sort of after being sick for three weeks. Hope you do better than I did.

I’m sorry you’ve been so sick! Flu has been awful this year. Little man I thought had turned the corner and then he spiked a fever again today. The pediatrician thinks he has a secondary bacterial infection. It’s rough!!
