Happy Sunday y’all! I cannot believe that this is my first Sunday Post of the New Year AND it’s already February! Where did January go?!?! I’ll probably say the same thing at the end of February. January was a good, but busy month. I’ve been substitute teaching at my son’s school, not every day but several. I enjoy it but I’m always tired after. I don’t know how elementary teachers have ANY energy 😉 Props to y’all! Reading wise I managed to read 8 books in January. Not too shabby considering I read all of 4 in December.

February is going to be busy! The blog turns 5, my baby turns 8 and I turn *cough* 33 *cough*. So busy month!!

Favorite January Quote

“Why?” he finally says. “Why, why, why? You creatures and your need to have orderly, logical answers. When someone falls in love, is it logical? And when they blindly hate, is that logical either? Your deepest drives are based on nothing. What you’re asking for is an explanation for the unexplainable.”

  1. Hey, how cool! I turned 33 in November and my son is 8 in March. 🙂

My January reading total ended at 8 too but 3 of them were kids books (no more than 30ish pages each) so I don’t think they quite count.

Hope February is a good reading month! Have a great week.
