Happy Independence Day in the US y’all! Summer is flying by. June was a busy month with summer camps and trying to catch up on things around the house now that school is out. Reading wise I managed to read 15 books in June, no audios 🙁 I’m finding that since little man is home all the time now that I just don’t have time to listen like I used to….that and I need headphones 😆 Regardless, I’d call June a good reading month. We kicked off the Summer of Love reading challenge two weeks ago, and we are having a blast with it. See below for more info. And July brings one of my favorite features we do every year and that’s Christmas in July 😀 I can’t wait to share some of my old favorites and some new ones in a few weeks. And Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without sharing a gift or two 😉

  1. June went by so fast! I can’t believe summer break is half over! I don’t get as many audiobooks listened to in the summer because I only listen mostly when I’m in the car on the way to work. Being a school librarian without a part time job anymore thanks to Covid, I’m not in the car as much these days. Oh well. Hope you have a good week!
